Today, 25 October 2011, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has alerted UK travellers to attacks of violence in the capital of Kenya, Nairobi.
Several people have been injured; the first violent incident took place when an explosive device was thrown at a bus stop in central Nairobi. The second attack happened in the business district when a grenade was detonated in a bar.
