Dear TRAVAX user
We apologise for the technical problems some of you have been experiencing with the redeveloped website. Please bear with us as we get through this initial phase of roll-out.
User logins and new registrations– we are processing these as fast as we can and we hope that you are being responded to quickly.
Speed – there is an issue with our server which we are working on and hope to have resolved this as soon as we can.
Print pages and maps – we are condensing the number of pages which print out for each country and working on the map display. This will be completed very soon.
Please remember the patient advice sheets are situated in the suitcase
, this is accessed via the suitcase icon on the top of the left menu on each page.
Discussion Forum – is not live at the moment, this will follow in the next phase of roll out.
In the meantime if you need to you can still access the old TRAVAX site during this transition phase, from the log in page.
